Chocolate Avocado Banana Cauliflower Smoothie
Yields: 1 glass

Ingredients
1 whole banana
4-5 heads of cauliflower, rinsed
1/2 ripe avocado
1 tbps real maple syrup, or 2 tsp honey
1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
2 tbsp dairy free yogurt, or plain yogurt
1 1/2 cup almond milk
oat milk chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Add the banana, cauliflower, avocado, maple syrup, cocoa powder, hemp seeds, flaxseed meal, yogurt and almond milk to your blender. Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a large glass and sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
