My Banana Apple Cauliflower Smoothie is an excellent choice to kick off your morning. Packed with fiber, vitamins, minerals, and a touch of protein, it will keep you satisfied until lunchtime.

Banana Apple Cauliflower Smoothie
Prep-time: 5 minutes
Total-time: 8 minutes
Equipment: Blender, cutting board, knife for chopping, measuring spoons, 1 large glass cup
Ingredients
1 whole banana
4-5 heads of cauliflower, rinsed
1/4 of an apple, chopped
1 tbsp real maple syrup or honey
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp non-dairy plain yogurt, or plan Greek yogurt (I use Forager Cashew Yogurt)
1 1/2 cup non-dairy milk, I use unsweetened almond milk
Directions
Add to a blender the banana, cauliflower, apple, maple syrup, hemp seeds, flaxseed meal, yogurt and almond milk to your blender. Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a large glass.
