Banana Apple Cauliflower Smoothie


Prep-time: 5 minutes

Total-time: 8 minutes


Equipment: Blender, cutting board, knife for chopping, measuring spoons, 1 large glass cup



Ingredients

  • 1 whole banana

  • 4-5 heads of cauliflower, rinsed

  • 1/4 of an apple, chopped

  • 1 tbsp real maple syrup or honey

  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 2 tbsp non-dairy plain yogurt, or plan Greek yogurt (I use Forager Cashew Yogurt)

  • 1 1/2 cup non-dairy milk, I use unsweetened almond milk


Directions

  1. Add to a blender the banana, cauliflower, apple, maple syrup, hemp seeds, flaxseed meal, yogurt and almond milk to your blender. Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.

  2. Pour into a large glass.

  3. Enjoy!
